Hotel Atlantic Holiday

This is more like a 3 star hotel. Big cons: no AC in the rooms, we had the afternoon sun and it overheated. Breakfast was quite poor for that price, bad coffee, machine-made juice and no olives. A bit far from center and shopping. Building is old. Pros: amazing sea view, nice customer service. There are a handful of nice restaurants with in 100m and very nice beach. Overall we were okay but the place needs improvements.

I recently spent a delightful week at this hotel, and I couldn't wait to share my experience! Everything met my expectations, but what truly blew me away was the pool—it exceeded all my imagination! The panoramic view was simply breathtaking. The hotel itself was excellent, and the service was top-notch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the highlight of it all was undoubtedly the staff. They are incredibly helpful and genuinely caring. Whenever we needed anything, they went above and beyond to assist us in every way possible. In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for a relaxing vacation. It's an experience you won't want to miss!

We spent a week all inclusive at Atlantic Holiday and have come home feeling very relaxed and happy. We arrived late on our first day and were immediately asked to leave our bags at reception to grab some food before going to our room - I’ve never experienced this with a late check in but it was unbelievably appreciated as we were hungry! When we got to our studio room, our balcony overlooked the street with views of the mountains. That night it was quite noisy with the nearby pubs/restaurants and deliveries so we asked in the morning for a room change, we were not bothered if this meant a smaller room. The receptionist asked us to come back in an hour and she would see what she could do. We were then given a sea view studio room overlooking the beach and it was so beautiful, the room change wasn’t seen as a problem and the receptionist was so eager to help us feel happy with our room. The pool is salt water and was a much needed cooler temperature for a break from the heat of the sun! The pool overlooks the rocks and the Atlantic Ocean, a beautiful view for sunbathing! Locals regularly fished on the rocks and this was interesting to watch! The pool bar was very generous with their measurements of gin to lemonade, lots of drinks to choose from and tasty snacks. The restaurant was incredible. The terrace overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and is breathtaking. Breakfast everyday had so much to choose from and was beautifully presented, including actual honeycomb from beehives, cereals, yoghurt, fruit (the watermelon was incredible), meats and cheeses, toast, pancakes (the machine that makes them from fresh is brilliant!), and cooked breakfast. Lunch was beautiful with very generous portions, a selection of starters and mains from the set menu. This didn’t change all week but everyday there was a ‘special’ that you could choose instead, alongside access to buffet style sides (pizza, chips, onion rings, salads). Each time presented beautifully. Dinner was gorgeous, a set menu that changed every day and access to buffet for extras (the bread and homemade garlic butter was to die for). Desserts were presented beautifully and all meals were served to a high standard with great taste. The servers were always welcoming, Ana in particular was so gorgeous, always smiling and happy to help. We were notified before we arrived that the restaurant terrace was undergoing work. This included new tiles on the terrace that were a very clean and modern update, which will look beautiful when finished. This caused no disruption to our dining at all. The hotel is very close to the beach which has the most beautiful turquoise colour. The hotel and beach cleanliness is kept to such a high standard, there is no litter and people are regularly seen sweeping, hoovering and emptying bins. All in all a fantastic holiday. The quality of the food for an all inclusive was incredible and the staff at Atlantic Holiday are so lovely and welcoming. Thank you so much Atlantic Holiday, you are all amazing at what you do!

Had the best stay here and exceeded every expectation. The staff from every department were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. The food was presented lovely. We arrived late and they had saved us a meal and upgraded our room. The interior is beautiful throughout the hotel. Pool did get a bit crowded however there is a sun terraced with a cold shower and no one was up there. Lovely comfortable beds. The beach was a 1 min walk away and so was supermarket. This part of Tenerife is on the quieter side, makes for the most relaxing holiday. Couple of nice cocktail bars up the road. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back
